L2 Mobile Technologies LLC, a Longhorn IP LLC subsidiary, announced today that it has filed a patent infringement complaint in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on March 1, 2023, against OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The case number is 2:23-cv-00087. The patents at issue relate to patented wireless communication technologies widely used in the industry. The case was assigned to Judge Gilstrap.
