Trenchant Blade Technologies LLC, SK hynix Inc, and SK hynix America Inc., have reached a patent license agreement and have resolved on confidential terms their dispute in SK HYNIX INC. and SK HYNIX AMERICA INC. v. LONGHORN IP LLC, TRENCHANT BLADE TECHNOLOGIES LLC, and HAMILCAR BARCA IP LLC,Civil Action No. 5:22-cv-03915-EJD (N.D. Cal.). The terms of the agreement are confidential.
Previously, Trenchant Blade Technologies LLC has acquired a portfolio of patents through Longhorn IP's collaborative relationship with a world-leading foundry. The patents pertain to advanced semiconductor memories and chip manufacturing technologies.
