Antoninus Thermal Management Acquires Advanced Semiconductor Thermal Management Patent Portfolio

Antoninus Thermal Management LLC, an affiliate of Longhorn IP, announced today that it has acquired a portfolio of thermal management patents from Kambix Innovations LLC, a technology company focused on advanced cooling and heat-transfer solutions for high-performance computing and semiconductor applications.

The acquired portfolio covers innovations in thermal management architectures and methods designed to address heat dissipation challenges in next-generation electronic systems, including multi-layer and three-dimensional integrated circuits. These technologies are increasingly critical as computing platforms continue to scale in power density and performance, as for example in HBM memory powering Artificial Intelligence Applications.
