L2 Mobile Technologies LLC (L2MT), a Longhorn IP LLC subsidiary, announced today that its German subsidiary L2 Mobile Technologies GmbH has dismissed a patent infringement complaint against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V., part of Stellantis, in the District Court in Munich, Germany as of August 31, 2022.
The complaint is in relation to European Patent EP 1 768 330 B1. The patent at issue relates to wireless communications technologies and covers standard essential features. The case number is 21 O 5048/22.
