L2 Mobile Technologies LLC (L2MT), a Longhorn IP LLC subsidiary, announced today that its German subsidiary L2 Mobile Technologies GmbH has filed a patent infringement complaint in the District Court in Munich, Germany on April 29, 2022, against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V., part of Stellantis.
The complaint is in relation to European Patent EP 1 768 330 B1. The patent at issue relates to wireless communications technologies and covers standard essential features. The case number is 21 O 5048/22.
