HP AND OX MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES REACH PATENT LICENSE AGREEMENT

Longhorn IP announced today that its Ox Mobile Technologies LLC (OMT) subsidiary has entered into a patent license agreement with HP Inc. (HP) to license OMT’s Standard Essential Patents.

HP Inc. is an American multinational information technology company with its headquarters in Palo Alto, California, that develops personal computers, printers, and related supplies, as well as 3D printing services.

Previously, Ox Mobile Technologies LLC acquired a portfolio of patents from a major Chinese telecom equipment and smartphone manufacturer. The portfolio includes assets related to 4G/LTE with worldwide coverage, as well as Chinese assets related to smartphone implementation.
