L2 Mobile Technologies LLC (L2MT), a Longhorn IP LLC subsidiary, announced today that its German subsidiary L2 Mobile Technologies GmbH has dismissed a patent infringement complaint against Nissan Motor Corporation et al. in the District Court in Munich, Germany as of August 30, 2022.
The complaint is in relation to European Patent EP 1 852 995 B1. The patent at issue relates to wireless communications technologies and covers standard essential features.
