Ox Mobile Technologies GmbH Files a Complaint of Patent Infringement Against Geely and Lynk in Germany

Ox Mobile Technologies LLC, a Longhorn IP LLC subsidiary, announced today that its German subsidiary, Ox Mobile Technologies GmbH, has filed a patent infringement complaint in the District Court in Dusseldorf, Germany on May 7, 2026, against Geely Automobile Holdings Limited, Lynk & Co International AB, and Lynk & Co Sales Germany GmbH.

The complaint is in relation to European Patent EP 2 068 581 B1. The patent at issue relates to wireless communications technologies and covers standard essential features.
