L2 Mobile Technologies LLC (L2MT), a wholly owned subsidiaries of Longhorn IP LLC is pleased to report that it has received a favorable ruling from the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China. A final ruling on the case pertaining to the validity of the `722 patent owned by L2MT was issued, in which the ruling of first instance was revoked. This ruling is a final determination that the ‘722 patent is valid and able to be enforced. The Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China is the highest court of the People's Republic of China.
