Trenchant Blade Technologies LLC (TBT), a Longhorn IP LLC affiliate, announced today that it has filed a patent infringement complaint in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas on May 11, 2021, against Intel® Corporation. The case number is 6:21-cv-00490. The patents at issue relate to state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing and chip packaging technologies.
