TCL REACHES SETTLEMENT WITH L2 MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES

L2 Mobile Technologies LLC (L2MT), a Longhorn IP subsidiary, announced today that it has reached a patent licensing agreement with TCL Communication Technology Holdings Limited (TCL).
Previously, L2MT filed a patent infringement complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware on October 4, 2022, against TCL. The case number is 1:22-cv-01306-UNA. The patents at issue relate to patented wireless communication technologies widely used in the industry.
Previously, L2 Mobile Technologies LLC acquired a patent portfolio composed of Standard Essential Patents developed by ASUSTek Computer Inc.
