L2 MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES DISMISSES LAWSUIT AGAINST PACCAR INC

L2 Mobile Technologies LLC, a Longhorn IP LLC subsidiary, announced today that it has dismissed its lawsuit against Paccar Inc.

Previously, L2 Mobile Technologies LLC filed a patent infringement complaint in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division on July 11, 2025, against Paccar Inc. The case number is 2:25-cv-00705. The patents at issue relate to patented wireless communication technologies widely used in the industry.

L2 Mobile Technologies LLC acquired a portfolio of patents developed by a world-renowned consumer electronics company. The portfolio, consisting of over 150 assets, relates to 3G and 4G/LTE cellular technologies.
