Ox Mobile Technologies GmbH Dismisses Lawsuit Against Geely and Lynk in Germany

Ox Mobile Technologies LLC (“Ox Mobile”), a subsidiary of Longhorn IP LLC, announced today that its German subsidiary, Ox Mobile Technologies GmbH, is dismissing its patent infringement action filed in the District Court of Düsseldorf against Geely Automobile Holdings Limited, Lynk & Co International AB, and Lynk & Co Sales Germany GmbH.

The lawsuit, originally filed on May 7, 2026, concerned European Patent EP 2 068 581 B1, a patent directed to wireless communications technologies and covering standard‑essential features.
